Police are asking for the public’s help in locating a 16-year-old girl reported missing earlier this week.

On Tuesday around 4:30 p.m., patrol officers responded to a report that Alicia Hope Pilat, 16, of Kailua-Kona, was reported missing. She was last seen on Kalani Street on Tuesday around 4:30 p.m.

The girl is described as 5 feet, 5 inches tall and weighing 120 pounds. She has orange, blonde and brunette shoulder-length hair and brown eyes and was last seen wearing a black jacket, gray fitted shorts, carrying a black backpack.

Police said she is known to frequent Kailua Town and Alii Drive.
