KAILUA-KONA – Palani Road was closed for several hours Tuesday morning while Hawaiian Telcom replaced a downed pole.
The pole needed to be replaced after a single vehicle crash between Henry and Kealakaa Streets around 3 p.m. knocked it down.
The road reopened around 11:30 a.m.
Hawaiian Telcom reported no service interruptions.
No serious injuries were reported.
