Meanwhile, a patient with a unique terminal disease is admitted into the Pain Management department. Amidst all of the chaos, Yo Han opens up his heart to Si Young.
Today, 7:45 p.m.: Yo Han experiences a strange sensation in his body. On the other hand, Prosecutor Son begins to discover the suspicious behavior behind Hanse Medical Center. The Pain Management team members await to hear the last wishes of the terminal cancer patients.

Thursday, 7:45 p.m: Events regarding TL Group of three years ago are revealed through the death of Kim Yong Deok. Min Ki realizes that the case from three years ago had been purposely blocked from further investigation. Meanwhile, the respiratory disease continues to spread across the country with no diagnosis of its origin.

Saturday, 7:45 p.m: Il-nam, a man with a finicky palate, offers Jeong-ae the chef position at his restaurant. Ms. Cha runs into Il-nam at a theater and pursues him. Se-ryung’s father invites Young-jae over for a drink. By the end of the night, Young-jae ends up passing out at Se-ryung’s home.
