KAILUA-KONA — Hawaii Island police have located a 31-year-old man wanted on numerous outstanding warrants.
The Area II Special Enforcement Unit was requesting assistance in locating Jostin Santana, who is known to frequent the Kona area. He was wanted on numerous outstanding bench warrants. He was arrested after being located in Waikoloa on Thursday.
