Mary Kealoha
Mary Ululani Kealoha, 49, of Waimea, died Oct. 5, 2019, at North Hawaii Community Hospital. Born in Honolulu on July 16, 1970, she was a telephone operator for Waikoloa Bay Club.
Private services will be held at a later date.
She is survived by her companion, Curtis Kekahuna of Waimea; son, Gary (Shaylynn) Kealoha of Oregon; sister, Sareen Rena Kealoha of Honolulu; one grandson; nieces, nephews and cousins.

Catalina Subia
Catalina Sagadraca Subia, 102, of Keaau, died Oct. 10, 2019, at home. Born in Cadaratan, Ilocos Norte, Philippines, she was a flower picker at Orchids of Hawaii.
Friends may call on Nov. 8 at Dodo Mortuary chapel, visitation from 5:30-6:30 p.m., wake service at 7 p.m. Friends may call again at Dodo Mortuary Chapel, visitation from 9-10:30 a.m.; funeral service at 10:30 a.m. Casual attire. Burial at Homelani Memorial Park at noon (Ilima Section).
She is survived by daughters, Estela (Igmedio) Ellazar and Emiliana (Jose Jr.) Galima of Keaau, Norma Subia of Honolulu; son, Jaime (Leonila) Subia of Pahoa; numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren; daughter in-law, Ofelia Subia of Honolulu; half-sister, Trinidad (Elpidio) Bolosan of California; niece, Delfina Subia of Keaau and nephew, Rogelio (Rosita) Subia of Keaau.

Charles Hashimoto
Charles Kenzo Hashimoto, 83 of Waiohinu, died Oct. 1, 2019, at Pohai Malama. Born in Pahala, he was a truck driver for Ka’u Agribusiness, U.S. Army Korean War Veteran, member of USTA tennis league, ILWU bowling league, KMC bowling league and HI Low golf club.
A visitation will be held at 10 a.m. Nov. 3 at AJA Veterans Hall, in Hilo. A Celebration of Life service to follow at 11 a.m. Family requests casual attire, no flowers.
He is survived by wife Eunice Hashimoto of Waiohinu; son Randy (Blossom Caballero) Macomber of Kent, WA; two daughters Rene (Kevin) Allen of Honolulu and Jan (Alec Dedman) Hashimoto of Hilo; brother Susumu (Nancy) Hashimoto of Kaneohe; sister Sandra Saiki of Pearl City; sisters-in-law Mabel Kaipo of Pahoa, Ethel Nakamura of San Francisco, Eleanor (Mervyn) Kokubon of Kailua, Oahu, and Joann (Roy) Tanimoto, of Hilo; five grandchildren; and numerous nieces, nephews and cousins.

Roy Otis
Roy Keikilani Otis, 73, of Hilo, died Oct. 23, 2019, at Hilo Medical Center. Born in Honolulu, he was a retired employee with the Hawaii Electric Light Co., former employee of Maui Electric, Dillingham Shipyard and the Pearl Harbor Naval Shipyard, member of the Ancient Order of Foresters, Court Mauna Kea #8854 and the Hawaii Classic Cruizers.

He is survived by wife, Mari Otis of Hilo, daughters, Maile (Adam Asing) Otis of Honolulu and Kuulei Otis of Las Vegas; sons, Dustin (Dayna) Otis of Hilo and Jordan Otis of Phoenix; brother-in-law, Richard (Lorraine) Hokanson of Mesa, Ariz.; two grandsons.
