KAILUA-KONA — The County of Hawaii Department of Public Works Traffic Division will be installing new street lights along Palani Road from the Hina Lani Street intersection south to the Queen Kaahumanu Highway intersection. Work will be conducted between 8 a.m. and 2 p.m. today, weather and construction conditions permitting.
One lane will be closed intermittently during this work period and traffic flow will be controlled by special duty officers. Motorists are advised to expect delays and are encouraged to use alternate routes.
