Matson donates $20K to United Way

A consistent annual supporter of Hawaii Island United Way, Matson Navigation Foundation donated $20,000 to the 2019-2020 HIUW campaign. District manager Russell Chin recently presented a check to HIUW new president and chief professional officer Karen Davis.

Matson and their employees have been involved with supporting our communities for many years. With this generous donation, HIUW will provide crucial funding to 32 partner agencies with 41 direct human services programs on Hawaii Island.

Partnerships with businesses such as Matson Navigation Foundation allow HIUW to pursue its mission to unite people, organizations, and resources to build a healthier and thriving Hawaii Island community. Mahalo nui loa Matson Navigation Foundation.
