Police seek public’s help locating missing Pahoa man last seen in 2016

Hawaii Island police are renewing their request for the public’s assistance in locating a 37-year-old Pahoa man who was reported missing.

Sundown Johann Franklin Scrigna is described as being 6 feet, 2 inches tall, weighing about 160 pounds, with a slim build, fair complexion, short brown hair, and brown eyes. He has a red and yellow circular mandala type tattoo with a Namaste symbol in the center on his upper left arm, according to the Hawaii Police Department.

Scrigna was reportedly last seen in April 2016 at his Leilani Street residence, and has not been seen or heard from since, according to police.
