Tiffini Devonshire Pangilinan

Tiffini Pangilinan, 37, of Everett, Washington, and formerly of Pahoa, died Feb. 25, 2020, at the Swedish Medical Center-Cherry Hill Hospital in Seattle. Born in Los Angeles, California, she was the store manager for Allsaints in Seattle.

Friends may call 10 a.m. to noon March 7 at Sacred Heart Catholic Church in Pahoa for a 12:15 p.m. Mass. Casual attire.

She is survived by son, Aiden Pangilinan of Everett, Washington; mother, Jessie (Alejo Meno) Jumalon of Kailua-Kona; brothers, Michael (Shawna Keelan) Jumalon Jr. of Pahoa, Kaleb Meno of Hilo, and Tyler Meno and Adam Meno, both of Kailua-Kona; god parents, James and Florence Kawaihae of Pahoa; a niece; two nephews; and numerous cousins, aunts and uncles.

Hisako Ikeda

Hisako Ikeda, 97, of Keaau, died Feb. 22, 2020 at home. Born Jan. 20, 1923, in Olaa, she was retired from the former Hilo Produce Co., had worked for the former Food Fair Supermarket and was a member of Honomu Henjoji Mission.

Friends may call at 4 p.m. March 12 at Dodo Mortuary chapel in Hilo for a 5 p.m. service. Casual attire.

She is survived by daughter, Shirley (Calvin) Nakashima of Keaau; sister, Harue Alexander of Kahului, Maui; grandchildren, Darlene (Darrell Argel) Mendonca, Tracy (Christy) Nakashima; four great-grandchildren, four great-great-grandchildren, numerous nieces and nephews.

Russell Gauslin

Russell Lyman Gauslin, 95, of Kailua-Kona, died Feb. 27, 2020, at his residence. Bor Jan. 26, 1925, in Taft, California he was a retired area manager for a natural gas company; U.S. Navy WWII veteran; member of Lifewater Church and Livingstones Pine Trees Church; and served on staff of Family Discipleship Training School (DTS) at YWAM/University of the Nations, Kona.

Friends may call at 10:30 a.m. March 7 at University of the Nations in Kailua-Kona for a service.

He is survived by son, Timothy (Kwi Yon) Gauslin of Slidell, Louisiana; daughter, Dawn Gauslin of Kailua-Kona; four grandchildren; one great-grandchild.
