The COVID-19 Kokua Project continues this Wednesday in North Kona.

Launched by Tante and Araceli Urban Foundation and its partners 808 Building Maintenance, Broke da Mouth Grindz Bar & Grill, CIASI, Calavo Growers, Inc., Filipino Organization of Kona, Hawaii Sober Living & Recovery Center, Hirako Farm, Jesse Lomongo and UH Healthcare, LLC distributed 1,000 pounds of food to Waikoloa residents at the First Baptist Church on April 22.

The next COVID-19 Kokua Project food distribution will be held at the Sacred Heart Catholic Church in Hawi from 3 to 4 p.m. Wednesday, or while supplies last.
