Police locate missing Hilo teen

UPDATE: Hawaii Island police reported Monday that Layla Subica has been located in good health.

Hawaii Island police are asking for the public’s assistance in locating a juvenile female who was reported missing.

Fifteen-year-old Layla Subica was last seen around 1 a.m. April 14 in the Hilo area, according to the Hawaii Police Department. She is described as having a fair complexion, being 5 feet, 2 inches tall, weighing about 120 pounds, with shoulder-length brown hair (currently dyed blonde) and brown eyes. She also has a nose piercing.
