Health officials reported one new case of COVID-19 in Maui County as of noon Saturday.

Of the cases to date, 585 have since recovered and been released from isolation, according to the department.

On Hawaii Island, 81 people have tested positive for the novel coronavirus. Four people remained in isolation as of noon Saturday, according to the department. One person has required hospitalization.

Meanwhile, Oahu has seen 414 cases while Maui and Kauai counties have recorded at 115 and 20 respectively. Ten of the cases are Hawaii residents diagnosed outside the state of Hawaii.

Statewide, the coronavirus-related death toll stands at 17 — 11 on Oahu and six on Maui. Eighty-two people — or 13% — have been hospitalized.
