Kahilu Theatre’s executive director steps down

The Kahilu Theatre Board of Directors recently announced the stepping down of Deborah Goodwin from the role of Kahilu Theatre executive director.

Effective July 1, Mimi Kerley, who has been the president of the board since 2012, will take over as interim executive director. Sherman Warner, who is currently the board’s vice president, will assume the role of board president.

“We, the Board of Directors, feel confident that our leadership team will effectively navigate these unusual times and set us up for success in our 40th anniversary season as Kahilu prepares to eventually open its doors once again. We are grateful to Mimi and Sherm for making sure we don’t skip a beat,” the board said in a message to members.
