Austin Wills
Austin “Ozzy” Haleumiokalani Wills, 37, of Holualoa, died July 25, 2020 in Kailua-Kona. Born June 23, 1983, in Hilo, he was a waterman and surf instructor.
Services will be held at a later date.
He is survived by girlfriend, Jamie Cadiente, daughters, Maia Wills and Naomi Wills of Kailua-Kona; parents, Rex and Marilyn Hopkins-Wills of Holualoa; sister, Uilani (Bryson) Manuel of Hilo; and maternal grandmother, Ruby Hopkins of Kaneohe, Oahu.

Philomina Rabago
Philomina “Jo” “Mary” Rabago, 89, of Wailea-Hakalau, died July 3, 2020, at her residence.
Born in Waipahu, Oahu, she was a homemaker, member of the Immaculate Heart of Mary Church, Immaculate Heart of Mary Filipino Catholic Club, Hakalau Senior Citizens, Hakalau-Wailea Kumiai, ILWU Pension Club, Retired Seniors Volunteer Program, Pepeekeo Nutrition Center and the Hawaii County Equal Opportunity Council Advisory Board and worked briefly at the Western Auto Supply Store in Hilo.
Friends may call at 10 a.m. Aug. 14 at Dodo Mortuary Chapel. Burial at the Alae Cemetery.
She is survived by sons, Jerry Rabago of Las Vegas, and David (Cindy) Rabago of Austin, Texas; daughters, Loretta (Lawrence) DeBina of Honolulu, Oahu and Lorraine (Teodorico) Mendoza of Pepeekeo; sister, Florence (Paul) Garcia Brewer of Oak Harbor, Washington; brother, Anthonio (Rose) Baldogo of Wahiawa, Oahu; step-son, Ronald (Marie) Rabago of Honolulu, Oahu; eight grandchildren; 17 great-grandchildren; numerous cousins, nieces and nephews.

Rose Shimabukuro
Rose Mitsue Shimabukuro, 89, of Hilo died July 6, 2020, at her residence. Born in Honolulu, she was a retired office manager for the former Kobayashi Travel Service.
Private services held. Family requests no flowers and no koden (monetary gifts).
She is survived by, son, Kelvin (Donna) Shimabukuro of Oklahoma City, Oklahoma; daughter, Karen (Bruce) Shioji of Hilo; sister, Betty Komesu of Hawaii Kai; two grandchildren, one great-granddaughter; numerous nieces and nephews.
