Hawaii County crews will replace a traffic signal Thursday evening into Friday morning at the intersection of Kamehameha III Road and Highway 11 (Kuakini Highway) in Keauhou.

Public Works Traffic Division crews will work from 6:30 p.m. Thursday to 5 a.m. Friday. The traffic signal will not be operational during the emergency replacement work and motorists are advised that the intersection will be flashing red all around indicating a four-way stop.

Motorists are advised to expect delays and drive with caution in the work zone. Officers will be on site directing traffic. Work is weather permitting.
