Woman sought on warrant may have witnessed murder, police say

Hawaii Island police are asking for the public’s assistance in locating 30-year-old Krystal Keala Kahalioumi of Mountain View.

Kahalioumi is wanted on an outstanding arrest warrant, as well as for questioning as a witness relative to the investigation into the Aug. 25 murder of 26-year-old Peter C. Grammar on North Kulani Road in Puna, according to the Hawaii Police Department. She is described as being about 5 feet, 5 inches tall, weighing about 138 pounds, with a slender build, black hair, and brown eyes.
