Update: The Hawaii Police Department reported Thursday morning that 36-year-old Dustin Kunio Tomono, of Pahoa, has been located and arrested. He was previously wanted on an outstanding warrant for violation of release on bail.

Hawaii Island police are asking for the public’s assistance in locating Pahoa resident Dustin Kunio Tomono.

The 36-year-old is wanted on an outstanding warrant for violation of release on bail, according to the Hawaii Police Department. Tomono is described as being 5 feet, 4 inches tall, weighing about 135 pounds, with a slender build, black hair and brown eyes. He is known to frequent the Hawaiian Paradise Park area in Puna.
