Hawaii Island police are asking for the public’s assistance locating a juvenile male who was reported as a runaway.

Fourteen-year old Kealii Kaniho was last seen Sept. 20 in Keaau’s Hawaiian Paradise Park area, according to the Hawaii Police Department. He is described as being approximately 5 feet, 4 inches tall, weighing 135 pounds, with short black hair and black eyes. He has a tattoo on his back that spells out “KANIHO.”

Anyone who may have information on the whereabouts of Kaniho should contact Officer Benheilden Del Toro at the Pahoa Police Station at (808) 965-2716 or the department’s nonemergency line at (808) 935-3311.
