Police seek public’s help locating man, 35

Hawaii Island police are seeking the public’s assistance in locating 35-year old Albert Aukai Manners.

Manners was last seen on Nov. 20 and is known to frequent Puna, specifically the Keaau area, according to the Hawaii Police Department.

Manners is described as being “local,” 5 feet, 10 inches tall, weighing 160 pounds with black hair and brown eyes, according to police. He has several prominent tattoos, including “G A” on his back, “BJPenn.com” on his neck, “Nova Uniao” across his abdomen, “96720” on his chest, and “In loving memory of Albert Always Bad Manners” also on his chest.
