The winners of the Kailua-Kona Community Parade Association’s inaugural Kalakoa coloring and drawing contest were announced on Saturday.

The contest was held instead of the annual Kailua-Kona Community Christmas Parade, which had to be canceled due to the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic.
