Gertrude’s Jazz Bar presents a Valentine’s Day concert featuring Na Hoku Hanohano Award-winning entertainer of the year Johnny Valentine.
Valentine is based in Oahu, but he regularly tours the world and other Hawaiian Islands, bringing his impressive vocal range and incredible guitar style to the stages of Bruno Mars, Arnel Pineda (Journey), Regina Belle, Martin Nievera, Henry Kapono and Kalapana, among others.
Two shows will be presented Sunday evening with the first getting underway at 6:30 p.m. and the second at 8:30 p.m. There is a $10 cover per show.
On Friday, Gertrude’s hosts Ms Demeanor & the Felons. On Saturday, Lucky Tongue performs. Both nights have shows at 7 p.m. and 9 p.m. and there is a $5 cover per show.
