Police seek public’s help locating missing Kona woman

Big Island police are asking for the public’s assistance in locating 50-year-old Carrie-Jean Wood of Kona, who was reported a missing person.

Wood was last seen at noon Feb. 10 on the 100 block of Kalani Street in Kailua-Kona, according to the Hawaii Police Department. She is described as being 5 feet, 3 inches tall, weighing 260 pounds, with brown hair and brown eyes.
