Hawaii to date has been awarded 584,010 COVID-19 vaccine doses of which 550,250 had been received as of Wednesday, according to the state.
Of the doses of Pfizer, Moderna and Johnson & Johnson vaccines received, 425,749 doses have been administered statewide, including 49,979 on the Big Island.
An estimated 17.6% of the state’s population has received at least one dose and 11% have received two doses.
On the Big Island, 16.5% of the population has received at least one dose and 8.4% two doses, according to the Department of Health. Sixty-nine percent of the island’s kupuna 75 and older have received at least one dose and 43% have received two doses.
