Big Island police have arrested and charged 24-year-old escapee Kelia Dallas Armstrong of Pahoa.
Armstrong had been sought by police since Feb. 15 when she managed to escape police custody shortly after being arrested the same day, according to the Hawaii Police Department.
Armstrong was located Friday afternoon at a residence in Leilani Estates. She was charged with second-degree escape and fourth-degree theft. Her bail was set at $2,500.
