Big Island police detectives are requesting the public’s assistance in locating 48-year-old Kanani Eve Meridith, who was reported missing.

Meridith has not been seen by her family since May, according to the Hawaii Police Department. She also has an outstanding bench warrant.

Meridith is described as 5 feet, 7 inches tall, weighing about 175 pounds, with a fair complexion, blondish/gray hair, and green eyes. She is known to frequent the Hilo and Puna districts.
