Hawaii Island police are asking for the public’s assistance in locating 36-year-old Thomas Lou Robert Bowers, of Volcano. He is wanted for two outstanding Hilo Family Court warrants and for questioning in connection with a criminal investigation for property crimes.
Bowers is described as 5 feet 9 inches tall, 200 pounds, with brown hair and green eyes.
