Police looking for wanted man

Big Island police are asking for the public’s assistance in locating 37-year-old Anthony Romero Gonsalves, who should be considered armed and dangerous.

Gonsalves is wanted for an outstanding arrest warrant and for questioning in connection with an unrelated criminal investigation, according to the Hawaii Police Department. He is described as being 5 feet, 10 inches tall, weighing 238 pounds, with brown hair and brown eyes.

Police caution members of the public not to approach Gonsalves and to immediately contact police.
