Scouts from West Hawaii spent Saturday morning placing flags on graves at the West Hawaii Veterans Cemetery in preparation for Veterans Day, which is today.

An abbreviated Veterans Day Ceremony will be observed at the North Kona cemetery at 11 a.m. The public is welcome and all participants will be expected to follow current Hawaii County COVID-19 guidelines. There will be limited seating and there will not be food or beverage available.
