Broadway star headlines Hoku Concert Series

The 20th annual Hoku Concert Series features Broadway star Zachary James, directly from New York, in his concert “Celebrate the Holidays” on Dec. 6.

James comes from the stages of Broadway, Metropolitan Opera, TV,Film,Carnegie Hall and Lincoln Center. He will entertain with favorite tunes, in the intimate setting of a private residence outdoors in Kona.

“We are fortunate that he has taken time out of his busy schedule to perform in Hawaii exclusively for the Series, this time benefiting West Hawaii Dance Theatre and Academy. This nonprofit is known for its quality dance education since 1989, and the annual Nutcracker ballet at Kahilu Theater before Christmas,” Frank Meyer, founder of the Hoku Concert Series, said.
