Walter Victor

Walter “Kalei” “Adamo” Kenneth Kaleimaemae Victor, 72, of Keaukaha, died Jan. 15, 2022 at Hilo Medical Center. Born Sept. 17, 1949, in Hilo, he was a paramedic, musician, fisherman, and hunter.

Friends may call from 3:3o to 8 p.m. Jan. 28 at Onekahakaha Beach Park, Pavilion No. 4 for a celebration of life. Casual attire. Flowers and lei welcomed.

He is survived by sons, Robert (Melissa) Victor of Clarksville, Tennessee, Troy (Ashley) Wood of Kainaliu, and Kenneth Victor, Christian Victor and Morgan Victor, of Kailua-Kona; daughters, LauraLee (Juan) Victor-Garza of Clarksville, Tennessee, BrendaLee (Wilfred) Albiar of Makawao, Maui and Maralei (Joseph) Kahawai of Kailua-Kona; 11 grandchildren; eight great-grandchildren; and numerous nephews, nieces, and cousins.

Marjorie Barlow

Marjorie “Jeri” Barlow, 94, of Pahoa, died Jan. 22, 2022, at Hale Anuenue Restorative Care Center. Born in California, she was a homemaker, gardener and member of Family Community Education – Puna Wahine Chapter and Pu’ula United Church of Christ.

Friends may call at 11:30 a.m. Jan. 30 at Pu’ula United Church of Christ in Nanawale for a celebration of life. Casual attire is requested.

She is survived by a few friends.

Carolyn Costa

Carolyn Ann Leimomi Costa, 77, of Hilo, died Dec. 24, 2021, at her residence. Born in Olaa, she worked for several attorneys in Honolulu and Hilo and in the insurance industry.

No services.

She is survived by husband, Wendell Costa of Hilo; sons, Warren Costa of Puna and Lee (Ayaka) Costa of Hilo; daughter, Lisa (Don) Washburn of Oregon; brother, Clifford (Laurie) Akau of Hilo; six grandsons and one granddaughter; and one great-granddaughter.

Sean Weber

Sean Greg “Seany Boy Webes” Weber, 53, of Hilo, died Jan. 11, 2022 at Hilo Medical Center. Born Dec. 21, 1968, in Hilo, he was employed by the Labor Union Local #368 and was an avid surfer and waterman.

Friends may call at 9 a.m. Feb. 4 at Dodo Mortuary chapel in Hilo for a 10:30 a.m. service. Scattering of ashes remains will follow the service. Casual attire is requested. Cut flowers and lei are welcomed.

He is survived by companion, Jennifer Osborn of Hilo; father, Dan Weber of Hilo; mother, Susan Weber of Hilo; sister, Lisa (Stanford) Kepoo of Pepeekeo; half-brother, Erin Weber of Hilo; half-sister, Aulani Weber of Hilo; and numerous uncles, aunts, nephews, nieces, cousins, grandnephews and grandnieces.
