Hawaii County police on Tuesday confirmed the body of a man was found in the bushes behind the Kailua-Kona Post Office.
The death of the man, believed to be a 63-year-old from Kailua-Kona, has been classified as a coroner’s inquest until the exact cause of death is determined through an autopsy.
The identity of the man is being withheld until next of kin is notified.
