Amy B.H. Greenwell Ethnobotanical Garden will hold a Native Hawaiian Plant Sale from 9 a.m. to noon July 9 and 10 at the garden in Captain Cook.

This month, the nonprofit is featuring rare and beautiful alula, once nearly extinct and now an endangered plant species. Help preserve the rarest of the rare by purchasing your own (legally permitted) alula, as well as any of the Native Hawaiian plant selections offered by the garden.

All proceeds support Amy B.H. Greenwell Ethnobotanical Garden, a nonprofit community forest and legacy land organization.
