Kaloko Lions Club provides gift cards to make holiday brighter for 13 families

Kaloko Lions Club members are making a huge impact on families this holiday season. Club members Susy Bullard, Diandra Dickinson and Lani Kahawaii visited Neighorhood Place of Kona to deliver gift cards for 13 families. The Lions generosity will make the holidays brighter for 21 adults and 35 children ranging in age from 1 to 12.

The Kaloko Lions Club is part of the Kailua-Kona Lions Club and serves the community in a variety of ways. Internationally there are more than 1.4 million Liions Club members dedicated to improving health and well-being, strengthening communities and supporting those in need.

Neighborhood Place of Kona provides care coordination and supportive services for families with children ages birth to 18 with a mission to ensure the well-being of children and famlies by promoting environments of peace and safety. Neighborhood Place of Kona is part of Friends of the Future, a 501(c)3 nonprofit corporation.
