The 21st Annual Roy Fujimoto Senior Scholarship — which is sponsored by the Big Island Interscholastic Federation and KTA Super Stores — is seeking applicants.
The $1,500 scholarship will be presented to four graduating senior athletes who are seeking higher education — and it can be used to cover tuition, books and room &board expenses.
In order to be eligible, applicants must be attending a BIIF high school, participating in BIIF sports, graduating this spring and attending college or university in the fall.
Awardees will be selected by an independent selection committee based on qualities such as athletic achievement, academic record and community service.
