Elma Balicoco Calantoc, 67, of Keaau, passed away on Saturday, March 4, 2023 at Hilo Medical Center, Born on June 1, 1955, in Ilocos Norte, Philippines; she was the Owner/Proprietress of a Flowers and Vegetables Market in Hilo. She also was a member of the St. Joseph Catholic Church in Hilo. Trudy Chizue Sugiyama, 67, of Hilo died Mar. 10 at the Hilo Medical Center. Born in Laupahoehoe, she was a housekeeper at the Hilo Medical Center, worked at Café 100, member of Honomu Henjoji Mission, Hui Okinawa Cultural Club, Hilo Pomaikai Softball Team and Hilo Hongwanji BWA. Manuel Feliciano, Jr
