Isabel Picar Nabor, 96, of Keaau, died Jan. 1 at Hilo Medical Center. Born in Manaoag in the Philippines, she was a retired macadamia nut picker. Private services held. Survived by daughters Felicidad (Ben) Mones of Hilo and Natividad Delfin of Keaau, sons Antonio (Ofelia) Nabor of Kailua-Kona and Romeo (Merly) Cerezo Picar of the Philippins, 11 grandchildren, five great-grandchildren and numerous cousins, nieces and nephews. Leslie Keli‘iokalani Malani

Leslie Keli‘iokalani Malani, 75, of Waimea died Dec. 20 at North Hawaii Community Hospital. Born in Honolulu, he was a U.S. Army Vietnam War veteran and two-time Bronze Star recipient.
