Big Island police have charged the Puna man arrested Tuesday in connection with an incident involving a barricaded subject in the Eden Roc subdivision.

Jeffrey K. Cabantan, 55, of Eden Roc, was charged Thursday with first-degree terroristic threatening and four firearm offenses. His bail was set at $104,000. He remained at the Hilo police cellblock pending his initial court hearing scheduled for today, according to the Hawaii Police Department.
