North Kona’s Kua Bay is among the top 10 best beaches in the country, according to a new TripAdvisor survey.
The state has seven of the 10 best beaches in the country; Kua Bay, officially known as Maniniowali, made the list at No. 8.
Lanikai Beach, in Kailua, Oahu, topped the list of U.S. beaches. Other Hawaii beaches ranking in the top 10 were Kaanapali, second, Hanalei, fourth, Waianapanapa in Hana, fifth, Wailea, sixth, and Hanauma Bay, 10th.
