HONOLULU — A body found at an Oahu beach has been identified as a 27-year-old Honolulu resident.

Honolulu television station KITV reports the Honolulu medical examiner lists the cause of Hoang Nguyen’s death as “potential drowning.”

Nguyen was found dead when two men were rescued by lifeguards Friday afternoon at Yokohama Bay.

The men who were rescued sustained minor injuries.
