A partial lane closure on Kuakini Highway between Lako Street and Seaview Circle in Kailua-Kona is planned for July 31 and Aug. 1, according to Hawaii Electric Light Co.
One lane will be closed to traffic from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. July 31 and from 7 a.m. to mid-afternoon Aug. 1 to allow the company to remove and replace a utility pole. Motorists are advised to expect delays and are encouraged to use alternate routes.
