Hawaii Island police have identified a man and a woman who were wanted for failing to pay their bill at a Hilo restaurant on June 30.

Police are looking for the two people who ordered a meal from a Hilo restaurant and left shortly before midnight on June 30.

A man and a woman with three young children ordered $71 worth of food at a restaurant at the corner of Kamehameha Avenue and Kanoelehua Avenue and then left without paying, police said.

Their images were captured on a surveillance camera.

Police ask anyone who knows the identities of either person to call the Hawaii Police Department’s nonemergency line at 935-3311 and ask for Officer Daniel Kuwabara.

People who prefer to remain anonymous may call the islandwide Crime Stoppers number at 961-8300 and may be eligible for a reward of up to $1,000. Crime Stoppers information is kept confidential.
