Blue Zones Project offers free Waikoloa grocery store tour
From 5-6 p.m. Aug. 8, a health coach will lead a grocery store tour open to anyone interested at KTA Waikoloa. It will highlight fresh plant slant options and foods with hidden sugars and other harmful ingredients.
