More than 200 Hawaii Preparatory Academy senior and junior students spent Wednesday morning learning from Blue Zones Project — North Hawaii volunteer Tina Stuart at a purpose workshop she led at Gates Performing Arts Center Auditorium. The talk was followed by breakout sessions in the dining room and library, where students determined their purposes in groups and decided how they can best use their talents to serve the school.

Stuart has facilitated purpose workshops in North Hawaii and Hilo since the Blue Zones Project officially launched nearly two years ago. This is one of the ongoing activities HPA offers students monthly. They have been a Blue Zones Project Approved school in North Hawaii since January.
