Football is in full swing, and West Hawaii Today is celebrating with its Football Fever contest that kicked off with the gridiron season.
Pick the winners each week during the 2017 National Football League season and see how you measure up against people in our community, including a panel of VIP contestants. Each week, one lucky predictor will take home $250 from West Hawaii Today for out-picking our panel.
But first, you have to get your ballot in.
Contestants can mail in or drop off their against-the-spread picks at the West Hawaii Today office by Friday, 75-5580 Kuakini Highway, our any of our sponsored locations by Thursday. Those football-loving sponsors are Orchid Isle Ford (76-6319 Kuakini Highway in Kailua-Kona), Napa’s Kealakekua location (76-6319 Kuakini Highway) as well as Napa’s Kailua-Kona store (74-5611 Alapa St.).
The first contestant’s ballot that is drawn that has a record as good or better than our best panelist of the week wins $250. Look for ballots inside West Hawaii Today’s Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday editions. Winners are announced with their picture on the top of the front page each Saturday.
