As of last week, Honokaa Seventh-day Adventist Church became Blue Zones Project — North Hawaii’s fifth church to become approved, and Waimea Marshallese Full Gospel is the first Marshallese church registered in the state.

On the food front, Sweet Potato Café in Honokaa is the eighth restaurant to become approved, and Foodland Farms in The Shops at Mauna Lani is the fourth grocery store in the region now approved.
