Trebuchet Workshop will be offered from 10 a.m.-noon this Saturday by Earl’s Garage, adjacent to Tutu’s House. Hosted by applied physicist and electromechanical Ninjaneer Joe Krieger, children can have fun whizzing things through the air. Krieger will help kids 9 and up test a PVC trebuchet. Space is limited. Yoga Basics with Janet Lam meets from 8-9 a.m. every Monday (except May 28). Start the week feeling balanced, flexible and strong. This class includes fundamental yoga poses, and although not specifically a beginner’s class, the movement sequence can easily accommodate students new to yoga or returning to a yoga practice.

Tutu’s Quilters gathers from 9:30 a.m.-noon Mondays (except May 28) with Kathy Lukens. This get-together is for experienced as well as curious beginners to learn and practice quilting Hawaiian style. Initial supplies are provided or participants can bring something they are working on.

Advanced Ukulele meets from 9:30—11 a.m. Tuesdays with Aunty Marjie Spencer, and welcomes experienced players of all ages to bring their ukulele and join in a morning of friendship and song.

Knitting &Knitting Support is from 12:30—3 p.m. each Tuesday with Gretchen Geisler, a lifetime knitter. This class is for all skill levels, ages 10 to adult. Bring projects, get knitting questions answered and visit with other knitters. Beginners will be guided into a suitable project.

Caregiving Conversations will meet from 11 a.m.-noon May 2 with professional caregiver Karyn Clay. Whether a caregiver by heart, hire or relationship, join fellow caregivers in sharing stories, support and inspiration.

Cancer Support Group for Women will gather from 12:30-2 p.m. May 2. Whether a survivor, currently in treatment, recently diagnosed, or coping with the effects of cancer on a loved one, join this group to discover the power of healing through connection with others who share a common bond.

Zumba Gold (in a chair) will meet from 10:30-11 a.m. May 3 with Renée Morinaka, a licensed Zumba instructor. This class is mainly for those who have mobility or balance issues, but still love to move and dance. It includes a warm-up, dance party and cool down (stretching) to upbeat music of various genres. The activates everyday hand, arm, leg and body movements. Students sit during the entire class. Bring water, a towel and wear covered shoes.
