KAILUA-KONA — County crews have delayed the start of resurfacing work along a nearly 1-mile stretch of Mamalahoa Highway from Honalo to Kainaliu.
Work, which will run from Teshima’s Restaurant to Sandy’s Drive In, has been delayed because of the upcoming Ironman World Championship event, according to a county press release. The work was set to begin Tuesday.
