Senior Fit Club is offered at 1:30 p.m. for an hour every Monday, with a variety of modalities on DVD to choose from. Studies show that people who stay active are more likely to live longer and remain independent. Join this DVD-guided weekly exercise opportunity to maintain fitness in community at Tutu’s House.

Chair Yoga meets on Friday, March 22 &29 from 9:30-10:30 a.m., facilitated by Kit Hill, yoga enthusiast. This class is for those who need a gentle and slow yoga in a chair practice. The movements are designed to stretch and strengthen the body without standing or lying on a mat. We may include some easy standing poses behind the chair.

Thriving in Hawaii meets from 5:30 to 6:30 p.m. on Tuesday, March 26. Attend this mini-series of once-a-month conversations with Sharon Olson, D.O, Integrated Medicine to share encouragement and become active in visioning our world, while becoming aware of our strength in bonding with others.
