This Friday, Holualoa Village galleries will feature new art and artists, tasty street eats and music all along Mamalahoa Highway as a part of the monthly First Friday Art-After-Dark event, from 5:30-8:30 p.m.
The village block party features art and artists in over a dozen galleries and shops, as well as free live music and a great selection of local food vendors. This community event is free, and for all ages.
Koa Realty welcomes new musical performers to the First Friday event, Ms. Demeanor and the Felons, performing under the canopy outdoors.
Cinderella’s welcomes upcycle artist and designer Grace Hedermann and her pocket collections in a pop-up booth next to the gallery, and hosts artist William Wingert who will be doing calabash portraits.
At Holualoa Gallery, owners and artists, Matt and Mary Lovein will be in to meet and greet. John E-Collins will be playing rock songs you know and love to sing along. Mark Martel will be in the gallery demonstrating painting techniques.

Glyph Art Gallery will be featuring new infused mica raku from Kate and Will Jacobson, as well as hosting the return of Sundog Bread out front, ready to satisfy pent up demand for their baked goods after their recent vacation.
Holualoa Ukulele Gallery will host popular Hawaiian and contemporary tunes by Mauka Highnotes on its front lanai as well as some new instruments in the gallery.
