June kicks off with Makua Talent Show

The 11th annual Makua Talent Show is 5:30 p.m. June 1 at the Society for Kona’s Education &Art, 84-5191 Mamalahoa Highway, Captain Cook, 96704. This fun-filled evening features great food, entertainment and prizes, and is a benefit for SKEA. Admission is $10 for adults and $5 for children under 12. The Society for Kona’s Education &Art (SKEA) is a nonprofit organization located in South Kona. The organization is dedicated to providing cultural events and education in the arts and offers children’s art camps, community events, workshops in the arts, and weekly classes in yoga, Pilates, karate, dance, and music.
